Every frameholds. a feel.
Editing, for me, is the art of slowing time and amplifying emotion taking fleeting moments and turning them into stories that breathe, move, and stay with you.

Engineer turned Editor
I'm a video editor with three years behind me, currently at Jar, where I work with a team of eight across podcasts, campaigns, long form and short form content.
Along the way I've cut reels for Finance With Sharan and worked as assistant editor on the documentary Untouchable: Laughing Out Loud Caste.
A BE in Information Science from Sai Vidya Institute of Technology also happened somewhere in there, probably why I organise a project properly before I touch it. That’s where I found my passion in video editing
One thing I believe: “A video gets better with every round of feedback, not worse.”
When the timeline's closed I'm on a Dominar 400, escaping the world.

Madhu finds the emotion in the footage the rest of us missed. Every cut came back tighter and more watchable than the brief.
Working with Madhu on our short-form ad videos was honestly such a smooth experience. He just got the creative direction - the first cuts were almost always spot-on, with barely any feedback or retakes needed. Loved the creative touch he brought to every video!
On the documentary he treated the footage like it mattered because it did. A real collaborator in the edit room.
He asks two or three questions at the start and then you mostly don't hear from him until it's done. The first cut is usually close enough that we end up arguing about music, not structure.
What I would say about Madhu's work is that the deliverables were on time, which was really amazing. He was able to understand the ideas and thought behind the ad campaign and completed the entire setup in two to three hours, which was really helpful and timely.

- Worked on campaigns featuring Dulquer Salmaan and Ramesh Arvind, where we strategized and executed performance videos for TV and Meta ads while analyzing CAC and other key metrics to deliver optimized projects. - Contributed to JarXchange podcasts (pre and post-production), created onboarding videos for the company website, and edited the documentary-style video “Bachao with Jar”.
Whatever you're making, let's make it felt.
Podcast, campaign, event or documentary — if it needs to move people, I'd love to cut it.
